Store Policy
Please allow up to 2 - 14 business days for orders to be processed. Note that business days exclude weekends and holidays (orders are not processed on weekends or holidays).
Keep in mind that you will not receive updates while your order is being processed. Once processing is complete, you will receive tracking information via email.
After shipment, please allow 2-7 business days for domestic orders to be delivered. International orders may take between 7-20 business days for delivery.
Once your order is in the possession of of the Shipping Carrier, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We are also not responsible for any delays due to natural disasters and we are not in control of shipping times. If any issues arise, please contact your local post office.
Ensure that your address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for errors in the shipping address. If your package is sent to the wrong address, we are not liable. Should the package be returned, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted unless there is an error on our part regarding the hair. (Ex. Wrong length, Texture, density, etc) Please note that shipping times are outside of our control and cannot be considered a valid reason for returning an item.
In the event of an error, We request that you contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package.
Items must remain in their original condition and packaging, with the seal unbroken. For public safety and hygiene reasons, items that have been used, brushed, or otherwise altered will not be eligible for return.
Once we receive your items, we will notify you whether the return has been accepted or denied.
